A midlife crisis is a new word for someone who never knew how to understand a crisis as a phenomenon of opportunity. I am a middle aged woman in Ontario, Canada. I am looking for new ways of understanding and bridging meaning from a universalist perspective. I have a degree in Child, Youth and Family and enjoy experimenting with different ideas from different faith traditions. I like learning about emotional intelligence and how this is an integral foundation to have in order to learn how to understand the inherited triggers we have around dogma.
